Issues & Solutions
Feedback issues: Sometimes we receive feedback from customers that the underwater scooter still does not work after the battery is fully charged.
Solution: Please help to check the battery first.
If the battery is ok, and there are issues with the main controller, please replace the main controller.

Status: The light is off on the adapter when charging the battery.
Issues: Charging short circuit.
Solutions:
- 1. Check if the plug inserted into the battery pack is reversed.
- 2. If the charge is correct, the charger is damaged. Replace the charger.
