Free Shipping for Continental USA, Canada, EU Countries, and Australia.
We're always working to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Note: Signature upon delivery may be required based on your location.

Other isolated regions: Alaska, Hawaii, and other isolated regions will be charged the shipping fee.

Shipping is free in Europe and 48 continental states in the US on all orders.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico (Partially available) will be charged $120 as the shipping fee.

In the USA, Canada and Europe, in-stock items typically ship within 1 business day after an order is placed, unless otherwise noted on the product's page.

Delivery time will vary depending on where you live. Usually, the delivery time is 2-5 business days after shipping.

In the US, ASIWO ships using FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

In Europe, we ships using UPS, FedEx, DPD, and other local couriers. 

It depends on the size/weight of your order and your delivery address. We’ll ship your order in a single box whenever possible, but occasionally we’ll need to send multiple shipments.

We will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has shipped.

If you don't receive a tracking number after 3 days of placing an order, please check your SPAM folder in case your provider flagged our automated message as spam or request it again by contacting us.

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you within 1 business day and inform you the estimated shipping date. Or give you an alternative item for you to choose.

We cannot make changes to your shipping address once a package has been shipped, and Seascooter.co is not liable for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses. All orders reported as “delivered” by our shipping company (UPS/Fedex) are considered delivered.
