Seascooter.co Returns & Warranty (Simple Guide)
We want you to feel confident shopping with us. Here’s a quick overview of how returns, refunds, and warranties work.
Order Processing
- Ships within 1–2 business days
- If out of stock, we’ll notify you within 2 business days
14-Day Easy Returns
You can return your item within 14 days of delivery if:
- It’s unused
- In original packaging
- Includes all accessories
Return Shipping:
- Changed your mind → You pay return shipping
- Our mistake (damaged/wrong item) → We cover it

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Refunds
- Processed after we receive and inspect your return
- Non-defective returns: Shipping cost deducted ($35–$300 depending on location)
- Defective items: Full refund (including shipping)
Refund timing:
- PayPal: within 48 hours
- Credit cards: 7–14 business days
Warranty Coverage
- 12 months for main products
- 6 months for battery, motor, & mainboard
- Covers manufacturing defects only

- Misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear
- Used or damaged returns
- Accessories (unless defective on arrival)

Please email us within 7 days with photos/videos so we can fix it quickly.
