My “lost” charger was found before this replacement arrived. Though to me from a U.S. address, the eturn policy requires shipping to China, which is ridiculous and effectively a “no return” policy.

Yes, you may return the new one. I have sent the return label for you via email —please use it to send the charger back to our USA warehouse. A shipping label fee of $7.63 USD will be deducted.
Once we receive and confirm the returned charger, we will process your refund as follows:
$69.00 − $7.63 = $61.37 USD
